Preparing to be a school leader 101
Vice principal, deputy principal, assistant principal, whatever the title, the role is not as clearly defined as many may think. The perception we develop of this role as teachers in schools only offers us a glimpse into the actual reality and as such this is a leadership role that we can enter into significantly under prepared.
