ABOUT THE COLLEGE
THE ROLE
Christian College Geelong is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as the Executive Principal. Reporting to the College Board, the Executive Principal will provide strategic leadership and direction to uphold the mission, vision, and values of the College. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Christian education, academic excellence, and the holistic development of students.

The position of Executive Principal oversees all 5 campuses and is supported by an executive team consisting of a Vice Principal, Business Manager, Operations Manager, and Dean of Christian Culture who are truly devoted to the College Philosophy.
WHAT YOU BRING
The incoming Executive Principal will have a strong understanding of the history of Christian College Geelong and alignment with the academic approach which is explicit teaching supported by a knowledge-based curriculum. They will need to have experience in coeducation and have highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with all stakeholders across the community.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong educational Christian leadership to provide a focus on continuous improvement to the learning and teaching programs. A contemporary and creative outlook combined with high emotional intelligence and a calm and pragmatic demeanour will ensure success in this leadership position.
