At the top of the list of trends for 2010–2016 is the use of portable technologies. This workshop will look at why this is so with the special focus on iPads and what is happening in NZ and overseas. We will examine why this technology is here to stay, the 7 key Apps that schools will use and options for schools to start off their exploration of this technology.
