Tullibigeal Central School (Secondary enrolment 21, Primary enrolment 36) is a small rural school, with the primary and secondary departments on a single site. The school has an outstanding reputation for providing opportunities where all students can excel in their chosen field. Their is a strong focus on student learning and engagement to develop students who can engage all 21st Century learning capabilities. Tullibigeal Central School is well resourced technologically with 1:1 student devices available within the school. 

Tullibigeal Central School uses an embedded Positive Behaviour for Learning framework across all areas of the school. The 3 core values are Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.

Secondary classes are delivered as staged classes, Stage 4 (7-8) and Stage 5 (9-10). Stage 6 delivery is via the Lachlan Access Program, a combination of 4 schools, Tullibigeal Central Condobolin High, Ungarie Central and Lake Cargelligo Central. Students attend video conferencing lessons fortnightly and are supported at Tullibigeal Central School with a co-operating teacher.
