Job Opportunity: Early Years Supply Teaching Assistant

This role offers the opportunity to work across school nurseries and under-2 provisions, providing valuable support to children in their critical early years of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children in school nurseries and under-2 provisions.
  • Support planned activities that stimulate children's learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, reporting observations to staff and parents.
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with nursery staff and other team members to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Adapt to different settings and routines, ensuring consistency in care and education.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of early years education and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different settings and adapt to various routines.
