    The School Marshal is responsible for maintaining a supervisory presence to the student body across the campus and uphold the Christian ethos and expectations of the School, with a particular focus on discipline, behaviour and personal appearance of students. Other responsibilities of the role include administration, student investigations and campus logistics.

    Previous military or law enforcement experience would be advantageous.

    The successful applicant will be a person who:

    • Leads by example and is passionate and enthusiastic about maintaining high standards in discipline, dress and behaviour.

    •  Demonstrates effective leadership and communication skills.

    •  Demonstrates a solid commitment to Christian education and the pastoral care of boys.

    •  Possesses excellent communal relationship skills.

    •  Ability to be pro-active and work independently within a large organisation.

    •  Basic / Intermediate level IT skills
